Decades of therapeutic experience, the joy of working with EMDR, and the effortless integration of its versatile method into their therapy model led Barbara Lerch and Relindis Hasse to found the EMDR Training Centre Munich followed by the EMDR Centre London in 2014. With effect from January 2024 I am the new owner and director of EMDR Centre London.

The Centre offers high quality EMDR training courses, supervision and individual sessions in EMDR psychotherapy provided by our trainers. Our aim is to alleviate distress and suffering, to help people with traumatic experiences as well as – for therapists and coaches – to impart the application of EMDR in trauma therapy and coaching at a high level.
